Neuro-Linguistic Programming

NLP for short,  is simply a method of influencing your brain’s behaviour (“neuro”) by using language and other types of communication (“linguistic”) to enable you to “recode” the way your brain responds to stimuli (“programming”) in order to generate new and better behaviours.

NLP can help you understand why you think the way you do, why you react the way you do to particular stimuli, and why you can’t seem to shake those pesky behaviours that prevent you from achieving the results you truly want (NLP can also help you figure out how to shake those behaviours once and for all).

NLP recognizes that everyone was born for success; thus, experts in the field have developed principles and techniques that allow you to live the brilliant life that you want and that you’re capable of!

NLP is designed to help you master your life by mastering your mind, including your thoughts, words, actions, focus, and physiology. Moreover, it is tangible, practical, creative, solution-focused, and results-driven.

NLP is about noticing communication patterns and understanding how individuals structure their experience. It explain how we process, decode, and interpret the information that we take in from the outside world in order to make sense of our lives. Essentially, this is the practice of recreating successful beliefs, values, internal dialogue, so that you too can achieve the same results of excellence.

Hypnotheraphy

Hypnosis is not a kind of deep sleep. Instead, the therapist enables the patient to enter a trance-like state of enhanced awareness, during which the patient is entirely concentrated on the hypnotist’s voice. While the conscious mind is suppressed in this state, the subconscious mind is revealed. From this place, the therapist’s suggested ideas, concepts, and lifestyle adaptations become firmly planted in the patient’s mind.

Patients do not lose consciousness, nor can they be made to anything they do not want to do. In fact, in order for hypnosis to be effective, the patient must already be motivated to make the changes that the therapist is suggesting, that is a necessary requirement of successful hypnotherapy.

By entering the altered state of hypnosis, patients are able to tap into thoughts and experiences that are not available at the conscious level. By doing so with the help of a trained professional in a safe environment, individuals are able to make desired changes become a more permanent state of consciousness. In other words, they can move from intentionality to certainty regarding feelings, decisions and behaviours. These changes can occur much more quickly in a state of hypnosis than they can in a state of general consciousness
