LET ME TELL YOU. THE BEST PRESENT THAT MONEY CAN’T BUY!

Your Present

Did you get the best present for this year?

So Christmas is gone, the New Year also, and once again you didn’t get the Present.

You bought presents for everyone else, but you forgot yourself.

You may ask, so what is my best present?

“If you are depressed, you are living in the past.

If you are anxious, you are living in the future.

If you are at peace, you are living in the present.”

― Lao Tzu

Let me tell you, the best present is being Present.

You may be confused. Let me clarify, because this can be one of the most important things in your life.

Being present allows you to be aware of your judgment. That makes it possible not only to live from your thoughts, but also to connect with your inner self.

Being connected with you also improves your connections with others.

Judgment blocks in connections with others originate from the fact that you are not present.

Becoming present can begin with the first thing we do when we are born—breathing.

Take several deep breaths, and let go of stress and the unwanted parts of yourself.

Close your eyes and look deep inside.

Tell yourself “I’m here for me, at this moment in time”.

Empty your mind. You can do this by simply writing your worries on a piece of paper. Download them to empty your hard drive. They will be saved on the paper in case you want them back.

Let go of being right. If a person wants to be right all the time,  then the other must be wrong all the time.

This manifestation of duality is only a perception, and if you want to break this domain in the real world, you can so through the stillness that comes from being present.

We live our lives in an overactive away. Become present, and you will listen your inner voice. That is your best present for the new year. That gift will allow you to have a better connection with yourself and others.
